Types of EV Chargers

The charging process for a 7KW 22KW EV Charger Wallbox is quite straightforward. After the Wallbox is installed and powered, simply connect your EV using the charging cable. The Wallbox automatically adjusts the power level based on the maximum charge rate your EV can accept. Once the vehicle’s battery is fully charged, the Wallbox automatically stops the charging process, saving energy and protecting your battery’s health.

Mode 1 Display

First confirm the installation environment. If it is placed outdoors, a distribution box is required. Check the L, N, and PE lines at the output of the charger (the three phases are L1, L2, L3, N, and PE).

After the second step is confirmed, match the three wires of the charger with the circuit breaker in the distribution box, and connect the L, N, and PE of the circuit breaker respectively. (Note: Installation must be done under power outage, and make sure you have an electrician’s license)

The L (L1/L2/L3), N, and PE wires at the output end of the charger are connected to the industrial plug respectively.

After the wiring is completed, it can be used directly. The plug is connected to the socket to realize power supply.

Detailed Installation Steps

1.Refer to the instruction manual for the location and dimensions of the screw holes.
Drill holes on the reference paper

2.According to the position on the reference paper, drill the M6.0 bolt into the hole.
After drilling, remove the paper

3.Fix the plate with M4.0 kb screw on the wall.

4.Put the charger into the wall plate

5.Lock the bottom anti-theft screws then put the hook and holder anywhere you need

6.Tear off the protector

Detailed usage steps

1.If the power is not connected, you need to connect it first .Verify that the charging box is powered on.

2. Use the EV charging cable to connect the EV to the charging box.

3. Two starting methods, use RFID card or connect APP to start.

4.After startup, the charger is ready and charging is on.

 

5. When charging is completed, please swipe the card again to close or use the app to stop charging.

6. Confirm that charging is complete, unplug the device connector at the EV end and store the cable on the hook
